 在全球经济与科技深度融合的时代背景下，2025 FinCapital Forum Asia（亚洲金融资本高峰论坛） 将于 2025年12月20日至22日 在香港国际会议中心隆重举行。论坛由 中国商业发展联合会主办，并由 新财经在线 等知名行业媒体共同举办，旨在打造亚洲地区最具影响力的 资本与创新融合平台。 

本次论坛由多家国际金融与科技机构联合发起，致力于打造亚洲地区最具影响力的资本与创新对话平台。论坛以“连接资本与创新的未来”为主题，聚焦金融科技、私募投资、数字资产、绿色金融、跨境监管等六大核心议题，系统探讨科技如何赋能资本市场、资本如何推动创新生态。为期三天的活动将汇聚来自亚太、欧洲与北美的顶尖投资人、基金管理人、监管机构代表、创新型企业与学术专家，共同研讨未来十年的金融科技与资本趋势。

论坛设置了六大分论坛与多个专题圆桌，包括“金融科技3.0：智能化与资本融合”“亚洲私募与创投新格局”“数字资产与实物资产的融合创新”“绿色金融与可持续投资”“家族办公室与机构投资策略”“跨境监管与金融科技合规”等。同时，现场还将举办 FinCapital Connect 投资人对接日、FinTech Innovators 创新展示区 以及 FinCapital Awards 颁奖晚宴 等配套活动，促进投融资合作与区域交流。

依托香港作为亚洲金融枢纽的区位优势，本届论坛不仅是产业高端对话的窗口，更是资本与科技跨界融合的实践平台，旨在推动区域金融生态的协同创新与可持续发展，助力亚洲在全球资本与金融科技格局中的引领地位。

Against the backdrop of deep integration between global finance and technology, the 2025 FinCapital Forum Asia will be held from December 20 to 22, 2025, at the Hong Kong International Convention Centre.
The Forum is hosted by the China Business Development Association (CBDA) and co-organized by New Finance Online and other leading industry media outlets. It aims to establish one of Asia’s most influential platforms for bridging capital and innovation.

Under the theme “Connecting Capital and Innovation for the Future,” the Forum will focus on six key areas — FinTech, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Digital Assets, Green Finance, Family Office Strategy, and Cross-Border Regulation — exploring how technology empowers financial markets and how capital fuels innovation ecosystems.

Over three days, the Forum will bring together government representatives, institutional investors, fund managers, innovative enterprises, and scholars from Asia, Europe, and North America to discuss emerging trends shaping the global financial landscape.
Six specialized sub-forums and multiple roundtables will cover topics such as FinTech 3.0: Intelligence and Capital Integration, The New Landscape of Private Equity in Asia, Tokenization of Real Assets, Green Finance and Sustainable Investment, Family Office Strategies, and Cross-Border FinTech Regulation and Compliance.

Complementary events include the FinCapital Connect Investor Day, the FinTech Innovators Showcase, and the FinCapital Awards Gala Dinner, providing opportunities for networking, investment collaboration, and industry recognition.
